Data and analytics consultancy in Naas

Naas sits in County Kildare, with an economy built on logistics and freight, pharmaceuticals and biotech, and public sector. We deliver Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Azure work here remote-first, with on-site workshops at the points where being in the room changes the outcome, and we publish three local analyses rather than claiming an office we do not occupy.

Naas analyses

Three local analyses

Each one takes the local sector mix seriously: the metrics that break here, the architecture those industries need, and the regulatory obligations that apply.
Local economy

The local economy

Naas sits on Ireland's main southwest logistics corridor, so warehouse productivity and cost-to-serve analytics dominate. Pharmaceutical manufacturing across Kildare adds regulated batch reporting.

Naas draws on the Dublin catchment, with good access to experienced analytics staff.

  • pharmaceutical manufacturing in County Kildare
  • county administration

How buying works here

Four to twelve weeks for an Irish-headquarte….

English-language and UK-like in tone, but dominated by multinational subsidiaries whose procurement happens elsewhere. Vendor onboarding often takes longer than the commercial negotiation.

Supplier and contracting information

Who has to say yes

  1. Local sponsor, head of data, finance director or country manager
  2. Group procurement, frequently in another country and another time zone
  3. Information security and privacy review, often against a standard questionnaire
  4. Legal, usually applying a group master agreement rather than negotiating a new one

Have ready

  • Tax clearance certificate from Revenue, checked routinely, including for non-resident suppliers
  • Certificate of incorporation and company registration details
  • Insurance certificates, with professional indemnity at the level the group policy requires
  • Data processing agreement under EU GDPR Article 28
  • Security questionnaire, often a standardised set such as SIG or CAIQ

Contract language: English.

Analytics work in Naas

A 45-minute technical review with an engineer who knows what logistics and freight and pharmaceuticals and biotech data looks like. We will tell you what we would build, in what order, and roughly what it costs.

How this usually runs here
A technical call, then a written proposal. An Irish subsidiary will usually need a purchase order raised before an invoice can be settled.
